From application to funds in four steps

Pontem works directly with your attorney, so there is little for you to do beyond telling us about your case.

Tell us about your accident and your attorney. It takes a few minutes online or by phone.
We review your case
We contact your attorney's office for the case details, such as the police report, medical records and insurance limits. Your credit and income don't matter.
Review your contract
You receive a plain-English contract showing the amount funded, every charge in dollars, and what you would owe at each point in time. Your attorney reviews and signs it too.
Get your funds
Once the contract is signed, we send your money by direct deposit, check or wire. You can still cancel within five business days.

Repayment

You never write us a check

We are repaid only from your settlement, through your attorney's trust account. Here is the order money moves when your case resolves.

PontemThe payoff amount shown in your contract for that date.
